Conference attendees have multiple on-site dining choices - the Canyon Cafe for breakfast and lunch, Bill’s Grill for lunch and an early evening snack, The Cascade Lounge for casual afternoon and evening meals, and the Flying V Bar & Grill for evening dining.
If you are registered at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, there is no separate parking fee for your car. Likewise, for those conference attendees who choose to stay at a different hotel, there is no parking fee during the day. However, if you are not registered at the resort, the resort will charge you a $9.00 parking fee if you leave your vehicle in the resort parking lot over night.
If you do not have a car, transportation options between the resort and the Tucson area are limited.
The conference hotel has a very reasonable rate ($139 plus tax per night for atendees). Staying at the conference hotel will increase your chances to socialize with other attendees and will be the most convenient. If you wish to take advantage of the wonderful amenities, including five restaurants and lounges, two Tom Fazio-designed golf courses, a full service spa, a tennis center, and an array of recreational activities including swimming pools, and nature trails.
